Working in town for 2 to 3 months. Checked into the Airport Woodsprings and found out right away this hotel is not anywhere close to good. Bathroom sink only dispensed hot water. Ask front desk to look at it an it was fixed...in a week.... I have 4 rooms here and they were not cleaned for 3 weeks! My crew and I came directly from the Pensacola Woodsprings and the difference is astounding... This place needs new management. Period.
Im going to give everyone the true "tea" that others seem to have left out this hotel is definitely a no for Me! Noisy all type of strange people in and out... no ice machine in the hotels they do have ice trays ... only one iron throughout the whole hotel... don't let the 50 dollar price tag fool you and you think the hotel will be manageable based off the other "positive" reviews and I haven't stop itching since I got here and I sprayed the room down with Lysol.. the floor has not been swept or mopped.. if you are not expecting a nice stay this is your place if you want something nice just add a few more coins to the $50 and go down the street or surrounding hotels. I really just want to cut this trip short and go home!

Ok here's the honest to GOD truth. I'm in town from a month a month now. I've been staying at the Marriott Courtyard right down the street for the last two weeks with a roommate. We're here for training with Union Pacific for the month. We found out about this hotel from a coworkers and figured we would give it a shot. The price was right along with the appearance upon website review and driving by. Now for the meat and potatoes. Upon arrival Sunday 10/20/2017 I noticed the high activities in and out of the hotel. I personally didn't like it but to each it's on. It more like an apartment feeling with people hanging out at all times of the night and day. You're gonna experience drug usage smells everyday in the halls and elevators. Here's the DEAL BREAKER! We fought with roaches EVERYDAY all day! To add insult to injury, upon complaining the the manager. He ignored my complaint to rectify situation. I had to address it twice within an hour for him to even come up and attempt to do anything. Once he came up to spray what looked like some soapy water in a couple of spots in the room. He them insulted us by trying to accuse my roommate and I. He made comments like,"Did u not see any yesterday because if they were already here, you would've seen them yesterday". He also said, "Well the last person that was in that room didn't complain about having roach". He told us he would have an exterminator come out the next day to spray but after I got back from work. I went back to the front desk before going to the room to see if svc work was done. He stated he didn't know but I should be able to notice once I go to the room. Which nothing was done. Fortunately I had stopped to purchase Boric Acid from the store on my way from work. just spread it throughout the room. Which still didn't stop them suckers. I've taken videos and photos to post. However after approaching the manager again today 10/26/2017 to get refunded for the upcoming weekend, because we just can't do this. The only reason for staying this long is because we were too busy with preping,testing and studying for training class. Can you believe the manager had the audacity to tell me he and the exterminator went to the room to spray but couldn't because of the Boric Acid we spreaded. Plus they didn't see any signs of us having roaches. I told him that was impossible because they're everywhere. Then so soon as we walked up to the room, guess what was there to greet us? That's right, roaches everywhere. So we took more videos and photos. I dare anyone to slide the refrigerator back! O, and don't expect a regular bed. It's a cought you're sleeping on. Buy or bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and breach to clean surf and floors. They only clean once every 2 weeks. First day here the washer and dryers were out so no fresh anything. Honestly if you read a review staying this place was perfect or acceptable. The people posting that aren't your topical clean, neat, and organized type folks. I would love to upload pictures but this site doesn't have to capabilities. Sad but true

VERY CLEAN.. NO IRON.. NO CLOSET.. COMFORTABLE BEDS AND PILLOWS.. SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD.. EASY ACCESS TO FREEWAY.. VERY FAR FROM CASINOS.. ENJOYED MY STAY!
