By far the best BW Plus I have ever seen. Well decorated with rooms that offered amazing beds, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. So clean I thought the hotel was brand new! This is how every BW should look!
Traveling and needed to stop for the night. Checked reviews and they were good. We were not disappointed. Hotel is new and updated. Staff was friendly. Hotel areas were clean and smelled clean. Room was nice and the kids bed was great. The mattress was firm and the pillows were very nice. Would defiantly recommend.
Wonderful stay in Shreveport. The hotel's modern appeal renovation is absolutely gorgeous. Love the fact that every time I've stayed I have been granted my favorite room that is totally smoke free.
This Best Western Plus was very nice looks to be brand new. Everything was well kept neat. With a seating area. As soon as you walk in to the right. You are greated as soon as you walk thur the door. Great staff that will assist you with every need. Very nice pool and weight room. The room was very clean very nice bed clean bathrooms and the shower was very clean i recommend this hotel if you are ever in thr area right down the road from the Bass pro and river walk enjoy thanks

Beautiful new establishment. Gorgeous lobby and fast check-in/out. Excellent location as it sits right off I-20. Noise from interstate was not a factor. The only 2 small issues we noticed were the pool area was closed the entire stay and the thermostat was set and even if we wanted it cooler in the room it wouldn't go down. It was comfortable but at night we prefer it to be a bit cooler. Free Breakfast was delicious and I will stay everytime I come home to Shreveport!
