Great location! Right outside of downtown Shreveport and a short Lyft ride ($17 - $22 ish) to local attractions, casinos, etc. They have a bistro at the hotel if you're in need of hot food or cold brews/ adult beverages... It's also very close to multiple chain restaurants (iHop, waffle house, etc.)
Good location. Rooms and service were very nice. Missing a lounge chair in our room which affected the dynamic of how we used it, but the comfort was not adversely affected too much.
What can I say but, amazing! The staff was beyond helpful! I needed a helping hand and it was here and only here that it happened! Room was fabulous and the shower was stocked with all we need. The Barista was amazing! Try the mango margaritas! Will come back always!
I stay here every time I'm in Shreveport and would highly recommend this place. The staff has been beyond helpful,by printing off directions for the hospital where a loved one was, to helping me out with rates because of the hospital stay. I can't thank everyone who helped us in our time of need, I will sing your praises forever. I recommend the pepperoni pizza it is very good and rooms were perfect for what I needed.
Our stay here was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very professional and courteous. Our room was clean and tidy and in good condition. However, the main lobby was under construction, as was the fitness center. As a result, things were a bit messy. If the main lobby and Cafe were not under construction, I would have given it a better review.
