This was the first Hilton hotel that put stars on your door to label if and what level IHG club kemeber you are. This was kind of weird.
The rooms and breakfast were nice. I've definitely had better service though.
We enjoyed our stay. We had an Executive King room. Loved the roominess and mini kitchenette. Very convenient to where we were traveling too. Appreciated the breakfast. Friendly staff.
The location is very good and the staff was excellent. We had a newly renovated room which we truly enjoyed. The mattress made me feel like I was sleeping in my own bed. The breakfast was good enough to start you on your way.
Best thing about the hotel is location, but would absolutely recommend people to just stay at the Bossier city location which is on a higher level than this location.
Day shift employee i talked to was okay, but there was a very rude employee at night. I asked him a question and he responded to me as if I had walked in off the street and needed to leave.
Most out-of-date Hilton I have stayed in and I have stayed in many older and rural hotels. Pretty much everything is not as nice as you would expect but not horrible. The noise level from adjacent rooms is much higher than other hotels.
Excellent staff and service with a clean/neat environment. Quick and easy access to the interstate, shopping areas, and great restraunt. In the center of downtown Shreveport so if your here for the casinos it's the perfect place to stay.
