Nice room, polite staff, convenient location. The only downside was the standard definition TV.
I went to Country Inn to visit a relative who is in town for a few days. I saw a nice clean modern hotel lobby with a very good natured front desk clerk. The lobby had no tv and there was no music playing. This location is still renovating so maybe later for music. While there I went to the room via elevator which seems to make a uncomfortable noise by the time I reached the 3rd floor. The room itself is open and airy with enough room for 4 people with the King bed and pullout sofa. The room has a microwave and mini fridge. The relative seems to enjoy the stay with the exception of the placing of the TV in the room. Its a short walk to the airport which is located across the street. I would stay there if was coming into town. Since I do live here in Shreveport I'm aware the location ( a mile in any direction ) does have criminal activity so it's safe to be in by dark.
Good breakfast staff is friendly room was nice but it could've been cleaner the first night I had to change the sheets on the bed there was a spot on them and I also had to ask for some cleaner so that I could go over the bathroom it wasn't so clean which are both very important factors but over all so far not bad for the price.
Great place for travelers, rooms are upscale and out of this world! Very comfortable place! I had a wonderful time there
Nice interior. Obviously redone. No place close by to eat. Shady hotel next door. View from my room sucked
