Looks worse on the outside than on the inside. Comfortable beds. Great price. Good for a short stay.
Room was upstairs right above the office housekeeping came by whenever they wanted to or they would call us on the room phone to see if we needed service or not even though they saw our towels we had put outside we would have to go to the office and ask for our towels. They charged us extra to stay there they wouldn't take a coupon that I had received they said something about they couldn't use it I would have to go on the website and start the process from there so I didn't do it. The employees always stared at us making it very uncomfortable to want to even be there the parking was very convenient because i could park right by the steps and didn't have far to walk up the steps
The customer service is top notch (thank you, Ken!). The room was very cheap with two adults and three pets, smelled a little weird, but overall was clean and comfortable. The walls are very thin and we had neighbors that were possibly hearing impaired- they had their television cranked to top volume. It was nothing ear plugs and exhaustion couldn't fix. This establishment is certainly no frills and sparse with amenities, but very clean with accommodating staff.
I really liked the service at the reception, know that if you have pets you have to pay $ 20 for each one, maybe some of them seem a lot but I paid well. The room very clean, hot water in the showers ... etc. After a long trip it was very good to rest in this motel.
You get what you pay for. Room was dirty. Had bugs and definitely was old. They say they are remodeling but I didn't see anything going on. Lots of screaming and wasn't comfortable walking dogs at night around there. Aside from the guy that checked us in service was good. It is close to the medical center so that was convenient but was nervous the whole time we were there. Pet friendly though.
