The stairwell, however, you will find homeless people sleeping, as well as cigarette smoke. The hallways usually reek of cigarettes and marijuana.
Overall face value is nice. The stairways in the lobby, with all the attention to detail is amazing.
DON'T STAY HERE!!! The first problem was we had booked a double queen smoking and was given a king non smoking with a fold out couch. When we informed them of this they said they were booked there was nothing they could do and that was it. Then there were no towels in the bathroom. Upon further looking there were feces on the wall in the bathroom and no one come to clean it. With no other hotels with availability on such short notice we had to stay. Then the final straw was when we went to get bedding for the fold out couch (because they refuse to bring or go to any of the rooms) they said they we're out of bedding! If they don't have enough to cover all the "beds" I have a feeling they don't clean the bedding what so ever! Overall horrible experience! You couldn't pay me to stay here!

Ok place to stay, if you just need place to sleep. No towels in room upon check in, bathroom not cleaned thoroughly, elevator not working properly. Board & conference rooms used as storage areas. Lobby smelled like mildew
The rooms are old. Some so much so that the air feels as old as the room. However, rooms are fairly clean, with a few issues here and there.
First off, most of what you read here does NOT need to be passed up. I travel with crews, so we usually take up 5 to 10 rooms at any given hotel; a wide chance to see into many rooms, not just one.
This place needs to be shut down. We’ve stayed at this property 2 other times and it was pretty bad but not as bad as what we saw today. Looks like there is also new management. The previous times we stayed it just seemed like a hotel that had a prestigious past but the level of effort that traditionally goes into hospitality and guest services were a little lacking. However today....I was completely blown away. I actually saw roaches crawling everywhere! It was such a dump we found family to take us in for the rest of our night stay. Don’t believe the pictures they have posted.
There's an odor in the hallways, the furniture and decorations are outdated. The foyer looks better than the entire hotel. Renovations and new management and/or ownership are needed desperately!
The elevator is the slowest ever seen. Take the stairs if you don't have 5 minutes to waste going to the third floor.
