Wonderful and helpful staff! Very clean hotel, and not just the rooms, the entire hotel is very clean. Is also very secure, must have a card to enter late at night as most hotels anyone can just walk in the front door anytime they want. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Shreveport, next to only the Hamilton and Hilton. GREAT HOTEL!
When I first walked into the room, I noticed it hadn't been cleaned yet. A call down to the front desk quickly fixed that. The attendant at the front desk was amazing. Anything we needed, which truly wasn't much as they had already taken care of everything else, was taken care of in a quick manner. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, not just polite. The pool and the hot tub were amazing, the showers hot, the bed comfortable. I was concerned about how close we were to the elevator, but I never heard any outside traffic.
The stay was great. Neat and clean rooms. Breakfast served downstairs. WiFi available. Guest service up to standards. Nice location close to interstate - also there's near by food, gas, and shopping centers if needed.
Awful desk service. Angela in breakfast area was horrible. Her manners could definitely use some shaping up. Housekeeping staff were great and prompt to help in any way. We won't be staying here again. Not to mention we were quoted a specific price showed the desk clerk and she ignored it. Over charged us over 15 extra a night. Told us the hold would come off my card the day we checked out, but it was a 5 day hold that begins the day you check out. She was not educated on her information to provide to customers. Not the best place if you would like to be treated with respect being a paying customer.
Great place! Getting there late at night may feel a bit sketchy, but don't let that fool you. Wonderful hotel, and accessibility is not lip service. It was one of the two best places on our recent cross country road trip with our special needs teenager. Would go there any time.
