The room was clean and pretty.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and we'll kept. The breakfast is hot and has an adequate variety.
The location right near the Nicky's restaurant was awesome.
We have stayed here numerous times it's always comfortable clean well organized the staff is friendly we've never had a bad stay. And the hot tub and pool are always great. Love the breakfast.

This hotel really surprised me. I stayed here on November 2, 2017 on my way from Florida to Texas and liked it so much I stayed here again on my return trip home to Florida. The only reason I stopped in Shreveport was to spend some time with a childhood friend who I've know since I was 10 years old. I am now 66 and had not seen her in 20 years, well before I moved from TX to FL. The only other time I stayed at a Sleep Inn was the one near DFW Airport and that was at least 12 years ago. I was neither impressed nor disappointed with that experience. Although I lived in the area, it served my purpose since I had an early flight to Florida the next morning and was able to leave my car while I was gone. The Shreveport Sleep Inn impressed me. I was extremely satisfied and will likely stay there again next year when I visit Texas. It was convenient, clean, well maintained and the employees were kind, hospitable and friendly. I slept very well, my room was quiet which was much needed since I was on a 3 day road trip back home to Florida. Value, Cleanliness, Staff, Hospitality 5 Stars!
I booked a suite at best western but I cancel it and decided to stay at Sleep in Suite on I-20 West worst decision ever. The young lady at the front desk was nice. She gave us a room on the 4th floor, I was excited the hotel look nice. When we arrived on the room everything was fine but I have my one year old with me so he started to get cold I turn off the ac and the room smelled real bad. If the air is on you won’t smell it. So my husband went downstairs and advised the young lady of the smell, so we were moved to the 2nd floor. There was no smell... but I was laying in the bed and I started itching the sheets are dirty and I don’t think they changed the sheets. So while I’m writing this review I’m still here holding my one year old and sitting on the couch. I don’t feel like going downstairs again, I’m here till Sunday 10/8/2017, so tomorrow I will just go buy my own sheets but I will never again stay at this hotel. I should had just went to Best Western the price was the same but I was trying something different. I will stick with what I know from now on. Never Never again..
The breakfast was great.
I loved the pool and hot tub area.
I will stay here again next time I am in town.
