We stayed here one night with our family of four children under ten years. Our suite had one queen bed and hide-a-way in the couch, fridge, microwave, and some dishes and cups. TV in both bedroom and main room. Clean and nice, but not fancy! Continental breakfast was great!
Staff was excellent; rooms though outdated were large, clean, and generously provisioned. My only complaint is that the airport shuttle fell through after we had called ahead and also set it up at the front desk. Apparently the drivers do not show up reliably. Even then, a staff member helped us get another ride. If I was not flying out I would stay there anytime.
Hotel was easy to find. Checkin was quick and the staff was helpful. The room itself was nice and spacious and clean with the exception of some unidentifiable dirt on one of the curtains. Overall solid but could use a refresh. Bed was comfortable enough. Check out was easy. Not bad, would stay again if needed.
We stay here every time we go to Shreveport. WONDERFUL! Friendly and professional staff. Better than average breakfast. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. The suite has a separate bedroom from the living and kitchen area. Love this hotel!
The location is great, right by everything. The room was clean, big, and had nice amenities.
