The first room was switched because maintenance told the worker checking me in that he couldn't find the humming noise that a guest had complained about. Room 305 smelled like cheap cologne and after unpacking tried to use the restroom and realized the bathroom door was literally off the bottom hinge it almost fell on me. Room 309 was ok. Besides it was a conjoined room and the door knob was missing. I have a picture if you need it. Was scared to sleep. While sitting on the toilet noticed blood on the floor, trashcan, and wall under the sink. Put bleach on the spot on the floor and it turned brown (blood). Got dressed, canceled the next nights stay told staff and got out of there!
Price was worth it. Clerk who checked me in was very pleasant. Room had lite scant of cigarette smoke, it was clean. The reception on the tv could have been better. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, overall nice stay.
Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Easy to get to and very close to many restaurants. The lady running the desk when we checked in was super nice and had a bit of a sense of humor. My wife and I will stay there again when in the area.
Staff, while friendly, were adamant about refusing access to a veteran's service dog, if the veteran could not prove the dog was a service dog. My understanding is that this action is against ADA law. The owners need to reevaluate the policies pertaining to ADA access and service animals, and ensure they are complying with applicable laws.
Was not impressed... they gave us the last room they had but all they said was that the tub jets was not working... that's fine ... went in there ... smelt so bad.. the place was not cleaned.. bed had stains, bugs in tub and toilet and sink. I would understand if it hasn't been rented out for a while but atleast go back in there a do a touch up... the door seemed like it wouldnt shut all the way.. made me feel uncomfortable... we decided to leave after 2 hours there we felt uncomfortable there.... wanted a refund but couldn't get one.
