It was such a smooth transition getting in after a flight delay in Houston. Calling for the shuttle was quick, easy and almost effortless. Checking in was easy and quick. The staff is very sweet as well as professional. So far it has been a great experience. It is a very good quality hotel.
This is a very nice hotel. The location is very convenient for a number of things. Good food in the restaurant. It was very clean and the staff extremely professional. If you are so inclined, the pool deck on the roof is a very pleasant way to wrap up the day, especially with a glass of wine and good companionship.
This was my first time staying at this hotel. I have to say that it was very nice. It seems like it was relatively new. The rooms were well-appointed and the staff was great. I had dinner at the hotel and the food was wonderful. All in all I would certainly stay at this location again in the future. Highly recommended!
Valet is the best!!!!! They really know what they are doing! I wrote an email to the GM on my last stay but I never received a reply. I was complementing the front desk and Housekeeping staff on addressing an concern I had with my room. I love staying here when it available and I want to be down town where the action is.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are also quiet and have a nice view of you are on a high floor. The staff is very friendly. They are also working on asking an executive lounge like in other Hilton hotels.
