Drove here from Tyler after reading a good review. (Usually go to Park Place Jaguar in Plano) Had an 11:00 AM. APPT., checked the car into service , got a loaner and went to lunch. Got back about 12:30, asked the status. We were told that she would check on it. No response. Sat in lounge for an hour, asked again, still no response. At 2:00 We asked again, and we're told they hadn't gotten to it yet

The most efficiently run dealership service department anywhere. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to their customers. I wouldn't take my Jaguar anywhere else.
