On the Enterprise website you see the phrase "no haggle prices". It should also say no hassle also. I just purchased a vehicle from Enterprise, found the car I wanted ( not one forced on me) and 1 hour 15 minutes later walked out, done deal. I can' say enough about the experience. If you are in the market for a car, truck or whatever give Enterprise a call. You won't be dissapointed.
I thought my salesman--Rodney Haynes--did a good job showing me the NISSAN Versa Notes on the lot. He knew a lot about the cars and gave a good test drive, which now I think should have been a mile or two longer. The paperwork was easy for me. My sole negative was that the "Owner's Manual" didn't come with the vehicle. Some may discount this but I think it is very important that the new owner know how to use cruise control, know where to place the jack when tire flat, etc. Having a flat in Death Valley at night IS NOT a good time to find out you OWNER'S MANUAL is MISSING!!!
And I think it goes without saying that we love the car we bought! We got so much more than what we were willing to settle for, and we didn't have to break our budget like we would have at almost any other dealership for the car we wanted.

I loved everything about our car-buying experience here. My husband and I were prepared to settle on a car that was "good enough" because we were DONE with car dealerships. Enterprise showed us a totally different story. They listened to us, showed us what we asked for, and then gave us the space to come to a decision without pressure and without fantastical claims to get us to buy. Our sales-person, Melissa, wound up helping us on her day off, and she still never once rushed us for a decision.
The enterprise sales office in Shreveport, La is a remarkable place. The staff here are genuinely friendly. They are not the stereotypical sales force, they are honest and trustworthy.
All of the cars we drove were in top condition, and several of them had quite low mileage - including the one we bought! After car shopping for several months, the no-haggle pricing was honestly a relief - we knew what we were getting right off the bat, no disguises or hidden costs.
This, I think, is what happens when a dealership is not inherently dependent on the sales it makes. I would imagine Enterprise makes so much profit from the rental side of things that the car sales are just a bonus, so they can afford to be honest, direct, and customer-oriented instead of sales-oriented. For my family, that made ALL the difference.
Rodney is a powerful salesman. My husband is a Ford Man and we went home with a Dodge! Paperwork process took a LONG time. This is the second vehicle purchased thru Enterprise and we'll look there again.
