We, ET McMullen, my fiancé and I, never give a 5 star on any survey but due to all the events that took place, everyone at Campers RV Center went above and beyond to meet our expectations. A special thanks to Chris Garlington who was the first person we met for stepping way out of the box for excellent customer service. We highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a RV, contact Chris. He is very knowledgeable about RV's. We had airbags installed on truck and their service tech did a great job installing and explaining their operations. And we must say, that out of all the RVs purchased in the past, we have never worked with a finance manager that made everything so easy. Thank you so much Patrick. And they have all the free fresh popcorn you can eat!!! LOL
Wow! Could not have chosen a more accommodating service place! Traveling through, headed home to AZ, and our rear stabilizers quit working. Dennis went out of his way to get our problem diagnosed and Bart did the work. Unfortunately they did not have a new motor in stock, but they did at least confirm the problem. As an added bonus, they provided a campsite, right next to the shop and told us to plug-in, turn on the A/C, & relax while they did their work! In & out in less than an hour. We'll definitely remember that kind of service for a long time!
They very overpriced. The service was horrible. And while i was there i witnessed the management cussing & talking to the employees like they were nothing. Most of the side by sides & four wheelers were faded so bad from just sitting outside. I felt sorry for the employees & the way they were being treated. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this place of business.
