When I leased my Mercedes it was a great experience. Lovick was a great salesman. But once I gave him his 10s on his survey- I guess that was it. I now have a car under 2 months old that is missing the front chrome emblem because it came off, after repeated emails that were not answered I called. And after speaking to my salesman and getting a promise he wound get someone to help, I haven't heard back. Now, a little over a week later I have a check engine light on?! --- my 2 month old 40,000$+ car. So yeah, not too impressed or happy with this establishment.
On two different occasions my vehicle has been serviced by Holmes European - On both occasions my vehicle was picked up by the service department and I was provided with a vehicle to drive during service.
