After the issues I had with my vehicle over the last several months, Hebert's Town & Country truly exceeded my expectations & made such a stressful time much easier to handle. IMPECCABLE service & all-around respectful staff. From the very first call I made, John Frazier not only made it a point to be sure my issues were taken care of, but made me feel like any single customer would want to feel, CARED for. His experience & knowledge in the auto & customer service industry was far superior to any other dealership I’ve been to up to date. There is not much that could compare to receiving good customer service, and John did an outstanding job with doing just that. While I am usually not one to leave reviews, the experience I was had was beyond 5 stars & FAR outweighed the cost of my vehicle repairs. Special thanks to Glenda as well, sweet girl & super helpful. If you want to be robbed of all your money from the service department be my guest and take your car here. Brought my Jeep in for a problem I already knew about myself (clip on the inside of the door handle was broken so I couldn't open my door), replacement is simple but I was feeling lazy so I brought it to Jeep. They wanted to charge me almost 700 dollars to replace the complete handle assembly + approximately 3 hours of labor for a part that cost 20 dollars and a job that takes 45 minutes tops. Needless to say I was not agreeing to any of that. I understand that you may not carry the 20 dollar clip needed to fix the problem, but that's because you want to squeeze as much money out of people as you can. Luckily I work on cars myself and wasn't fooled by this nonsense. The prices charged here are absolutely insane. Do yourselves all a favor and learn a little something about your vehicle before going in blind, or try a local shop with honest people. Giving 2 stars because I WILL ADMIT the service manager was VERY ACCOMMODATING and understanding. I appreciated his willingness to please a customer but I won't ever do business with Town and Country. Also, JOHN from the service department, next time you want to try and act like like a big shot jerk to a girl because you think she doesn't know about cars, don't, because you look like an idiot when you get schooled.

My name is Rosalyn and I recently visited to receive an oil change, after attempting to come for 3 days. Each time I came there was a 3 hour wait. I arrived at 730 and it's now 930 and they still havent gotten 2 my car. The manager Chuck was not courteous at all. He acknowledged my concern and brushed it off as if its no big deal. We know it's a problem but how you solving it mister. The customer service is poor and extremely slow. The young ladies that work behind the desk are slow to greet or acknowledge customers. Someone came in after me and one of the ladies acknowledged him first and he was serviced before me. i would nit come here if i didn't pay for a packaged oil change. Because of this visit i will not purchase my next car from this place I will go somewhere else...
