will never use again so got dropped off fine at the new walmart near blancherd , but called to be picked upwaited 3 hours , called them to complain, they calmed not to know where the walmart was . got pissed when i sall 2 vip taxis dropping and picking up people so call someone else that came
In one day we called 5 times. Our first driver was Doug, a very knowledgeable driver who gave us good recommendations of where to eat and what to see while we were here. Each time a courteous driver was sent. The drivers were prompt and professional. Cars were all clean and seemed of good working order.
I called and spoke with a young lady about 1030am today and the first time I called she was very rude the way she spoke to me, like I was an idiot. She asked me for my name and then asked me for the address. I asked her if she wanted my pick up or drop off address. She said, your pick up address ma'am, with a very demeaning tone. I proceeded to hang up on her and while I did I had some choice words that I did not think she would hear. I called another taxi number and it was the same girl. Instead of answering the phone, she said uh-huh and put me on hold. I wasn't sure what was happening because I didn't think it was the same girl, so I called back. She answered the phone and told me to please quit calling and hung up. I wanted to speak with her manager, so I kept calling. I called about three or four times in a row and each time she either put me on hold or hung up on me. Regardless of what I said, she should not have treated a customer in that manner. I will be making sure that everyone I meet knows not to use this taxi service and I will be leaving a negative review for this company on every review cite I can find, even though I will have to register with them all. If you treat people kindly the first time, like you should, you wouldn't have upset customers. Thank you for your time. Have a good day.
This is a great company! Everyone that works here is so courteous and attentive! They are always on time and the vehicles are really clean! I never use any other taxi service! Y’all are the best! Keep up the good work!!! :)
Very sassy customer service. They need someone new behind the phone who doesn't put people on hold just because she doesn't like them.
