I am very particular about where I leave my dogs and Camp Bow Wow exceeds my expectations! The facility is excellent and I love that I'm able to view my dogs on the webcams. The staff is professional & friendly. I highly recommend!
I've been in the doggie service industry for over a decade and Camp Bow Wow and their staff are all stars for sure. The facility is clean and THE most safe and secure I've ever experienced. The staff works as a team to provide the most positive socialization experience possible for both the dogs and the dog families and has the dogs best interest is always top priority. When working with animals in groups who have their own minds and natural behaviors, minor situations are occasionally unavoidable, however the staff is highly trained and quick to appropriately respond. Safety is number one. Camp Bow Wow is an amazing place for our dog family members and I can't say enough in their favor.
My furbaby attended the day camp. I am thrilled to see Shreveport get a 5 star place to leave our pups. The staff was very kind and professional. The interview process is an excellent idea. You know all the dogs are dog and people friendly. Cleanness was outstanding!! Will take my pup back and highly recommend to anyone who needs a safe place to leave their pup.
