Always quick, courteous and caring service. These are good people and they treat my dog car care. Definitely the best groomers around and always do a great job. That is why they are the only ones I use and trust to do a great job and take care of my little Yorkie. I'm not sure about some of these people having problems as I've been there at least ten or 15 times, ever since they were on Kingston. I'm sure if I ever did have some kind of problem, a bit of communication and speaking with the owner would fix that as they have integrity and care about their work...
New to this area, have been taking him to a lady for YEARS!! Well...when they called and said they were done I KNEW they had done a rushed job, so I asked what all had they done, she told me they had given him the FULL grooming treatment, bath, nails clipped, anal glands, hair cut etc... (Which I did NOT get the cut I've been getting for YEARS for him, they stated his coat was too thick, I usually get the lion cut, they had done some other type of cut!! which the lady that ALWAYS does it has NEVER had a problem doing!!) so they bring him to me and as soon as I grabbed him I KNEW they had not given him a bath!!! He STUNK as if he hadn't been bathed in over a month!! I called up there and asked had they given him a bath, of course she stated yes they had and why? I told her he stunk to Hugh heaven!! Her answer to me was mind blowing!! She said "Well I guess she forgot to put cologne on him" do what?? Cologne?? NO!!! He needs a BATH!!!! I am so disappointed, they should have offered me my money back!! But NO they want me to bring him BACK?!?!? NOT HAPPENING!!! I would NEVER recommend this place!! EVER even if I have to drive 5 hours back home to have it done correctly and cheaper I might add!!
Great place with a kind, professional and courteous staff. Our pit bull Diamond has been there more than once and each visit has been just like the others. First class all the way!!
