Quick and easy access, customer service is quick to retrieve packages and have great customer service skills while being very knowledgeable.
Always great and fast customer service! I frequent the store a lot and Brandon usually has my stuff ready to sign for before I hit the door! Parking lot is a pain to deal with during busy times.

Been waiting for my order for 3 days when it was supposed to be “next day” when to this location and they said it was going to get delivered today and still didn’t get delivered really pissing me off now am loosing time and money fed ex would of been delivered it by now ups did this to me already and I was like okay I’ll give them another shot but I guess I was wrong!!!!!!
They claimed the business they were supposed to deliver a package to was closed. That's not true. They even delivered one the previous day. I talked to several persons about this issue, not one could offer a valid explanation. The receptionist tried to help and was polite. But ups as a delivery service fails big time, again.
