Great views, very dog friendly (no pet rent), staff is so friendly!
I have been living in this complex for over 10 months. Previously, I gave 3 star review but now the managing team did better on keeping the apartment clean and neat. So I am editing review with 4 star and reasons.
Yo ever banegas. Felicito a todas. Las personas por su buen comportamiento. Con nosotros. Durante. Hemos estado pintando. Todo el exterior.
Frequent lawn and garden cares. Recent road work to fill cracks and bumps in parking areas. They said power cleaning team would come to clean spider webs over stairs and hallway walls.
Overall, I am satisfied with this apartment.
The staff are very helpful and the apartments and amenities are nice. I'm not a big fan of carpets and the gym is pretty small, but you can't beat the lake views and access.
