Didn't have any issues with my recent rental. Each visit to this location for drop off and pick up was prompt.
Nissan Altima..... very nice ride...this car bolsters more than 600 miles to the tank... extraordinary!!!! The car was very clean when I picked it up and was greeted with a smile from all employees....Thank you Victoria Edwards.....for treeting me like a real customer.

This place is very unprofessional got a rental car,no gas in car, wasn't vaccumed with a razor and machete in the trunk.Left item called to get them back the said the car was rented and they didn't have no of my goods smh never go back here again
The rental car has maintenance light on but Hertz doesn't want to exchange the car because they say they don't have mid size car available....it has been 3 days and there are no mid size car in Hertz ....
