Later in the day, I received an email survey from Budget requesting that I provide feedback on my experience "because we care". I did so, and got an insincere "Sorry about that. We'll try to do better next time" reply. (I'm paraphrasing.)
This location has always been good to me. Short wait, courteous,car ready.

When I returned the car, the fuel level was down approximately one gallon (which I pointed out to the attendant). This was due to the fact that I did not see any gas stations near the airport. When I was given my receipt, it showed that I'd been charged $9.79/gallon for 1.25 gallons. I'd filled the tank earlier in the day for $1.96/gal.
I've rented Budget cars for years. Recently flew into Reagan Int'l in DC. At the Fast Break counter, I had to wait (after standing in line for 10 minutes) while the Budget employee complained to someone on his cell (with my paperwork in his hand) about how he needed to take a break and no one would cover for him.
Plan on returning your car early because they leave work early. Then I called the number on the door for customer service and was was very disappointed in their attitude very rude. And even though they have a drop box for the keys I was told that if I left the vehicle that I was responsible if anything happened to it. Then the key doesn't fit in the Dropbox either. THEY LEFT EARLY!
I am a customer for life and I highly recommend this location.
Very clean cars and incredible service. After a long day of moving I returned the truck but did not put gas in it. Rather then nail me for five dollars a gallon they called me and gave me the great courtesy of offering me me the option to fill it up and save about $50.
Budget evidently places no value on customer loyalty. Also seems as if they only send a survey because they assume most people will not use them.
