Car (White 2016 Toyota Camry)went flat twice and then ran hot while waiting for roadside service to change flat. Delayed my travel time a total of almost 3 hours because I had to drive 40 mins to another location to another avis location for an exchange which was much smaller and a lets not talk about the inconvenience and that took almost an hour! Missed my event I was supposed to attend @ 4pm! Made it to my destination at almost 10pm! Will b requesting a full refund ASAP!
They "reserved" a car for me, got a ride to Avis, when I went in they said they were out of cars. I was left on foot. They gave me a confirmation number, it meant nothing. I would not recommend Avis.
Geat place to rent a vehicle from without all the hassle you get from other rental places the lady at the front desk was really nice she had me out of there in no time
I rented a car in Dallas, TX to drive home. Returned it to this location and the original price discussed had changed. The clerk took the time to call customer service and work the issue out. Took 40 minutes but... She went the extra mile.
