I hadn't even visited the place yet. I called for information just to help me decide which clinic I should take my kitten to.The woman who answered seemed very professional and I'm assuming I spoke too fast when I first told her what I called for when her professional voice immediately switched to irritated and her tone wan't upbeat like it was when she picked up. I found it rude when it went from bubbly sweet to a "I can't understand you" in a flat tone. I continued anyway repeated what I had said again and her voice went up again but as she was answering my questions her voice trailed off and she seemed like rushing it. I was writing down information and she spoke too fast almost rudely and when I said "that's it thank you" she piped again with a "you're welcome" and I as I was saying "have a good day" I heard a beep and I looked at my phone. She didn't hang up but when I put it against my ear I hear nothing so I hang up. I got my answers but I won't be choosing this place. My first impression of this place was a poorly answered phone call.
Our little guy has been well taken care here. The staff is really sweet. There are usually a few cats hanging around the office which really makes me feel that they truly care.
Dr. Wise is amazing! Our baby, Harley, tested positive for heart worms, despite having been in heart worm preventatives since We got him just over a year ago, but Dr. Wise and her staff were super quick to address the situation and discuss all of our options with us.
Wonderful pet care, although they are overpriced. If you decide to make this your regular veterinary office, do not sign your pet up for their "Petly Plan." The staff are uninformed about it and extremely poor about communicating the financial portion of the plan with customers. We were over-charged multiple times for this plan.
Our schi tzu has been a patient of Dr. Wise's for a few years now. She's helping us with a chronic condition he has, and is a very loving, compassionate doctor who takes time to explain care and treatment. Her staff offers top-notch service, as well. Cocoa is doing well most of the time, and Dr. Wise helps keep him going.
