The Youree dr. Location is great the staff are very professional they treat you like family !!!
I'm not happy with the management.
Most items we use can be found. Only problem is when looking for a specific item for an exotic we purchased there. We usually end up going somewhere else or just ordering online from somewhere else.
I do like the customer service from the cashiers. They are very friendly.
It seems that they are out of my dogs food more times than not. I've asked that they increase the order. The manager has let me know he can't do that. He didn't even try.
Good pet store with large selection. Prices are a bit high, but with their rewards card, sales, and online discount, you get can some really good deals.
Please fix your ordering policy's.
If you as a corporation can't see that your store keeps running out of one particular food you need to reevaluate how you are doing your orders.

Pet smart has always been my choice of pet stores. However Petco is right across the street. If I have to order my dogs food because you can't I will not be ordering it from you.
