Dr. Treadwell and her staff are amazing. I have a very grumpy old cat who won't let our regular vet do anything with him, so I had to take him to SVIM. He had diabetes but wouldn't let anyone check his blood. Took him to SVIM and his sugar was 21...so he probably would have died with his next insulin shot. Thankfully, his diabetes was transient (keeping fingers crossed), he has a touch of chronic kidney disease, and is doing fabulous for an 18 year old guy. Dr. Treadwell will find what is going on with your pet so you can get him/her treated. I had an amazing maine coone who had liver failure, a huge bleeding ulcer and very rapid heart rate around 2005. He had 3 paws in the grave and one on a slippery fish, but with God's help, Dr. Treadwell worked tireless to heal him. She allows God to work through her, and that is why she is such an amazing person and a very talented vet.
