We have been here for almost 2 weeks. Doctors don't communicate, lots of young and inexperienced nurses, noone gets in a hurry to help, the E.R. is slow and more worried about counting visitors than helping (I had to fetch wheelchair, emory basins, etc b/c they had done their job by counting guest in the room).
I have been sitting here for hours with my 8 year old who has broken her arm. There were 3 people here before us that's it and I'm still sitting here. My daughter is in tears and they won't give any meds I have seen a ton of nurses walk by here and yet no one seems to be going to the back except those who came in ambulances. When I asked for help I was very rudely helped. Smh this is ridiculous and continues to get worse but that's what happens when money matters more then patients
My daughter had her 2nd child at this hospital. Her Dr was concernrned about postop hemoorage and she went for 9 hours without seeing her nurse.
Some od the nurses and staff need to learn common courtesy.
Never answer the phone to pay the bill and when someone answers they are super rude. They will do the best to milk your insurance. Always get ready for that MRI. I am glad I have insurance.
When she did come in she made an ecxcuse for not being able to come in. She did not physically check her. Tbere was no hourly rounding. The L& D dept was amazing, but after that the care was sub par. Luckily I am a nurse and l took care of her. The post dellvery care was non existent. Shame on you.
