The worst when it comes to patient sensitivity and scheduling! Miscommunication amongst staff and physicians! Just awful service! Awful! Can never reach anyone by phone! We have had a tough time. Management/Administrators please do something to help us! Please.

Help! How can I transfer my baby out of here! DO NOT GIVE BIRTH HERE CAUSE IF YOUR BABY HAS TO GO TO N I C U.....THEY ARE RUDE, MEAN, JUDGEMENTAL, and KEEP YOUR NEWBORN LONGER THAN NEEDED CAUSE THEY ARE BROKE AND WANT TO KEEP BILLING INSURANCE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. I HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON AND YELLED AT NY THE N I C U STAFF. I DID NOTHING WRONG. THEY WONT LET ME TRANSFER MY BABY OUT IF THERE! IT IS LIKE I HAVE 0 RIGHTS AS A MOM. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE SINCE IT HAS CHANGED TO UNIVERSITY HEALTH. SERIOUSLY. IF U DONT BELIEVE ME ... READ EVERY OTHER REVIEW. SOMEBODY TELL ME MY RIGHTS PLEASE!!!! Help me!!!
I am only rating the doctor that took care of my teen son. Dr. Adrian Chapa Rodriques is the pediatric GI specialist. The first visit he really listened to my son. He was very thorough in ordering tests and not just guessing. On our follow up visit he explained all the results to my son and I. He spoke directly to my son and talked to him and asked questions. He is very down to earth. I had also had a hard time finding a Men B vaccine for my son, and so I just asked the doctor. He said they have it, he called over to the pediatric clinic, and in 15 min the vaccine was there and given.
Cheapest in town and they aren’t fast but some places are way more busy and even slower. Not bad honestly. Wouldn’t recommend for pregnant women or ppl who can’t be patient.
