Bought a Group-On oil change and set an appointment time for 9am. I arrived 5 min early only to wait until 10:45 am for them to be finished. They took an hour just to start and even ended up charging me $7 more for the service than what the groupon ad had advertised. My car is old and I noticed they had broken my powersteering fluid cap...no big deal my car is a POS.... but no one told me about it. I'm not mad and the employees there were apologetic and nice, but the experience left me feeling cheated and disrespected.
Took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. They never called to say it was finished and left my car parked illegally, unlocked with the windows down. Tried to charge more than cost of services provided.
I would give a no star if it were possable. Very slow service. Took an hour just to begin work. They care very little about customer service or punctuality. Will never come back.
Just like the other reviews, it Took an hour and 50 minutes to change the, didnt call when finished, and left the car unlocked with the windows down when finished. Thats not safe for my vehicle. Their credit card chip reader worked, which normally would merit another star, but my experience was so bad I have to give one star. Would not recommend.
