I have never had a bad experience, If they can't fix it they will send you to a reputable person that can, I live in the area and have used them for years. many times just dropping by to see what they think. and they never have charged me for that.
I do MOT recommend this place. After having my car brought here on Friday I was informed that Monday they would look at it. I was told this place was fair with labor cost, NOPE! They couldn’t find why my car broke down but they did find a small leak in a $40 gasket. They replaced it and charged me the $40 plus $19 to wipe the oil off and $400 for the labor and $75 for the tow plus another stupid charge which came to almost $620 for “nothing wrong” and after $620 I still have no clue as to why it wouldn’t start It’s close to Christmas, I am a single mom with kids and this is our local shop that was recommended. It’s pathetic how people are these days. No heart at all. It’s now Wednesday and I just got my car back so they had it 6 days!!! I say do NOT use this awful place!!! A commercial place would have been way cheaper! So much for helping the “little” people
