Had a great relationship with Moe for years. Recently he hired a new mechanic and this moron named Brett who identifies himself as a BMW specialist. He’s able to identify issues but can’t seem to solve anything plus he’s extremely arrogant and makes distasteful comments to women. I am disappointed in Moe for not protecting his good graces and honor with his loyal customers and allowing this guy to destroy longtime relations. My car only ran 1 day after being repaired at Autotech and when I returned I was treated horribly and left in tears.
I took my BMW in for service. Brett diagnosed the problem with it. He treated me professional and with utmost respect. Explained all my issues and upcoming maintenance that would need to be done. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Auto Tech for your BMW needs!
