I asked the cashier if I can get the fries without salt and she said yes and placed the order in with "no salt".

People where not friendly at all. More worried about everything else than customers. I always come here to eat when we are out shopping for Christmas had too many jurors sitting by the wall on the counter and had their faces buried in their computer more worried about it then the rating of their customers store
Started off bad but finished great. Had a large bill and in the drive thru was given the wrong amount of change. Went inside and had to wait about 20 minutes for the manager to check the drawer. Once she realized I was shorted she corrected it and the employees gave me a fresh cooked meal since my order would be cold. That's customer service!
