Servers are not what they use to be. Order was wrong twice. Worst birthday dinner ever. I usually love Applebee's, graduations, kids birthdays and my husband proposed to me there. But Applebee's on Mansfield Rd in Shreveport, LA got to do better.
I've had trouble getting an order in by phone. The last two times I just hung up after being on hold for over 5 minutes. If you can get someone to actually take your order the food is ok. The location makes this restaurant convenient for us but will take our business somewhere else.
Our waiter Adam was knowledgeable of menu items, very friendly, helpful and was always there at the right time for refills and questions. Highly recommend this restaurant because of him. Thank you for the great experience Adam!
We were at this location yesterday. We were greeted by the host and seated. We waited for a server to take our drink order and even pressed the button on the tabletop tablet. 5 employees were hanging around socializing but no one bothered coming to our table. We waited a few more minutes and then left
Not going to lie. It was hot as heck when we got there. Our waitress tried her best to get us taken care of. They seemed to be short handed and everyone around us were getting food before us ( they all came in after us). A waitress was doing training beside us and was also helping us. Appetizers were brought out 30 minutes later and then manager came over and apologized and made sure our order was in and out. All in all service was great, manager great and the waitresses busted butt to get everyone taken care of. Air was fixed and cool by time we left.
