I must say the experience was horrible. I'm guessing the representative that worked with us was new. I can understand that but he shouldn't have been responsible for a register. We were literally there for about 45-50 mins just to rent a uhaul for 36 miles. He had no clue in the world how to work the computer systems & didn't care about the time of others.
Got a hitch put on my car and they did great.
Pretty good except I didn't need my tow bar replaced with there... oh well I got me a new one out the deal
Never with out a rental to fit your needs. I use thedm all the time.
Amos Roberts is the man as far as I'm concerned. Amazing customer service and he took the time to make things right with a smile on his face. :) definitely will go back next time I'm in need of uhaul.
