Found this place next to where I eat. My friend Tony and I needed a storage asap. Walked in, very clean and well kept. Nice spacious units with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Got us set up and with a free use of the truck! I tell everyone about this place.
The lady was very nice. I really felt sorry for her. I’m not sure the circumstances but apparently the gentleman that was here when I came in, she was finishing up with was really being difficult and not so nice to her. Had the poor lady all shook up. She took care of me in a timely manner and was nothing short of professional. I will recommend this place anytime.
This is definitely a great place if you need somewhere to store you items. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pricing is great and it is very well maintain!
Reserved a uhaul trailer for a move. Had only a few hours to complete loading. Woman at desk stated everyone had called in and she had nobody to put the trailer on my vehicle, and she was unable to lease any trailers that day. She also stated that she had not even looked at her computer to know that there was a uhaul reservation at all that day! When I asked what she planned to do to fix the problem, she stated "I'm not Uhaul. I'm just a dealer." I pointed out that to the customer she WAS uhaul! The entire place is filled with uhaul products and signs. She refused to even call Uhaul to try to fix the issue. Worst customer service possible.
The employees at this location are a little sketchy, I don't trust them. It started when I used the truck to move my things in and returned the keys and truck about 5 minutes after the time scheduled to bring it back. Although the truck was on the property I hadn't technically returned it before the time it was scheduled to be returned. When I returned the truck I'm thinking ah it's just 5 minutes later surely they would understand as the truck was there however the lady behind the counter said no and she lied saying the next person who was scheduled for the truck had called corporate and corporate said keep the deposit. Well, it was a Saturday and corporate was closed so she was lying just to keep my deposit. I would have accepted I'm sorry ma'am it's policy but to blatantly lie. Now they call when I'm even one day late threatening to go to auction. They are very sketchy, I've been told that if they ever have to cut the lock the employees have a gander about your unit and you better believe that if you are ever late enough they will threaten you with an auction so they can take personal dibs on your stuff. Surely, if that employee lied to my face they lack integrity to be honest when storing your things.
