Beware!!!! They stole my daughters iPad & I busted them! Then they stole 30 bottles of wine totally $1500. The owner said "I don't send people out to steal". No crap! But they did. He told me to just make a police report. We also gave them tires, poped & dresser. They asked us to put it in our truck which is no big deal until they stole the straps when they got the stuff out. I also feed them. Only one told me thank you. It cost us $2400 for 2 trucks then we tipped the thiefs $600 before we knew. DONT USE THEM!!!
Came late, no tools, my husband ended up helping. The owner was extremely rud. It took them 30 minutes to go to next neighborhood which is lest than 3 minutes away. It took them 5 hours to move a two bedroom apartment. My husband took pics and video of how they were slowly working and trying to prolong the process. We agreed to 3 hours max and that is all we paid. I've used this company in the past as a single woman and had no problems. I'm very disappointed, and do not recommend them.
Have used then twice. One guy that was on both moves was so slow and I videoed it. After the move, I spoke with the owner and his response was why didn't I call him during the move.
They stole a $25 gift card off my dresser. I guess the idiots thought I didn't know EXACTLY where I put my things.
Worst exoetience EVER! Quoted me one price, and charged me a different price. Asked why, and said first was a "quote," even though guaranteed. Also, arrived at worst possible time, and said they slept in truck. Employees acted like I should ha r fed them or something. Furniture was scratched, but...they were long gone. Owners seemed so nice. Fooled me!!
