Cam Freightner, the owner, preaches "Fitness = Intensity X Time"...and you better believe that the workouts are intense. It's up to you to show up every day and put the time in. The facilitiy has everything that a veteran Cross-fitter or neophyte might need to do the workout of the day. It's conveniently located on Youree and I really hope that I can come back home to Shreveport and work out there again some time. I worked out there for several months before going into the Army and it definitely helped prepare my body for the rigors of road marching and the Army in general. Six months in and I'm still injury free thanks to the staff at Red River Crossfit toughening my body up!
