This is a medical/dental office. As far as the Doctor and Dentist are concerned they are great! However after years of using their services I went in one day and was informed I couldn't see the doctor because I owed over $1,100. It was a shock because I pay what I am supposed to pay at each visit. Come to find out their billing office wasn't doing their job and either didn't record my payment or when I had insurance didn't file it correctly or at all. Now because of their employee mistakes I can n longer see my doctor or dentist. I can't convince myself to pay over $1,100 for their mistakes. So if you ever visit their clinics please make sure you keep all your receipts and follow up with your insurance company to make sure claims are getting filed. They went back three years on me and still to this day I have not received a bill for what they say I owe. Each bill I get now is a $30 or so charge from where they didn't file my dental insurance correctly. This really sucked because like I said their Doctor and Dentist are really good. It's just too bad their billing department sucks and you get screwed over in the end.
Not good because my doctor rushed me out of the office and didn't even give me my prescriptions and I called several times to get it called into the pharmacy but nobody answered my calls or returned my messages
