Absoultely terrible. Do not waste your time. Your appointments will never be on time nor will they be scheduled in their system in the first place. Usually expect to wait at least 2+ hours past your supposed to be scheduled time. They try sending people to Brentwood when it's not even needed. And call the police to try to make you go anyways.
They r very friendly. Good service good staff. Love then like my other family. Love the doc that are here. They have help my kids n I so much..
Mental Health Solutions is a joke. Dr. Stephens license to practice is suspended. They have been lying to all of their clients and telling them he is on medical leave. My child has been being seen by ms Jackson who is not a doctor ( I am not sure what she is exactly). They do not train their counselors. Their doctors do not talk with the patients even when the counselor says they do not know what to do to help your child. Their office is very unprofessional and the way they talk to each other is a lot like a soap opera. Every appointment takes no less than 2-3 hrs and the doctor does not talk to my child and we go in office it is for 5 min or less. They just write a script and send someone to my house for three hrs a week who does not know what to do. I feel they are scamming insurance companies and do not care about actually helping patients.
My appointment for 7:30am was cancelled at the last minute. I drove 2 hours to get here and the doctor "called in". I was not notified until I walked in the office.
Long waiting times and I have came up here 3 times and been told that my appointment was not in the computer so it had to be rescheduled.
