The YMCA downtown Shreveport is a older building with a lot of character with a great weight room! If your trying to get cut or bulk up I would highly recommend (it no gimmicks) . Members have acess to clean towels, hot coffee, steam rooms, pool, whirlpool, and a massive locker room. Crew and members are very friendly.
One of the pictures they have is the actual place. The one that shows the outside. The pool is inside not outside. The front counter does not look like that. It's a nice place but very wrongly iliatrate in the few pictures.
