Great workouts! Usually burn anywhere from 600-900 calories!
Such great energy in the classes. The coaches provide such a great workout and keep you focused for the entire class. Would recommend to anyone st any fitness level!
I really love that I have come to know the staff and they are so nice. I do feel like they are my orange theory family! They are very supportive and encouraging. I love the structure of the workout. I like knowing I have one hour to work hard and I'm done and I've done a great workout! I like being able to see my name on the screen and my points, calories, and zone . It keeps me working hard and pushing myself! I like changing up the workouts so I don't get placent or bored. The coaches are awesome!
We have enjoyed the competent use of time and energy in the OTF workout. We highly recommend the Shreveport location. The staff is personable, approachable and effective at instructing. We have seen positive results from our workouts over these last few months at OTF Shreveport, and we look forward to many more! Thanks y'all, we no longer HATE the gym! Who would have thought that could EVER happen?
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been to many different group work out classes- Barry's Bootcamp, Soul Cycle, Crossfit, Camp Gladiator and even other OTF locations and I have never felt less welcomed in a workout. I arrived to the 6:15am Saturday class 20 minutes before the class started to meet a friend that was trying OTF for the first time. They quickly told me that I could not join the class because I needed to be there THIRTY MINUTES before the class started if it was my first time, but that I could come back for the next class (the class was not full). I explained that I was there to meet a friend and they said, "Sorry this is our policy." This policy is not posted anywhere and so there is literally no way for you to know this before you show up. I offered to pay the $28 drop in fee to take the class and they agreed. OTF this is a TERRIBLE way to run your business. I will never attend an OTF workout class again because of your terrible customer service. The ironic part is you called me every other day for MONTHS before you opened asking me to become a member- the first time I show up, you tell me you don't want my business. Friends in Shreveport, this is a PSA, there are PLENTY of other great workouts in town, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
