Best gym in town...salt pool..trx...aerobics....lifting area...nursery and great dressing rooms.
Went through the cardio rehabilitation program...got me back on my feet, lost weight..now have a membership and going on my own. Staff friendly and helpful.
Never had training for exercise events on the weekends . Timeline Works only for people who already retired or work part time during the week.
