If you use this florist, be VERY specific, as they feel they're hip and contemporary. I would say just the opposite is true.
Placed an order for my daughter's 21st birthday. Pointed out several items on their website that I really liked, but when the arrangement arrived, the colors were nowhere close. Sure, it's a matter of taste and each has their own opinion. Most upsetting for me is that my daughter thought they looked nice for an "older person". I so wanted something young and summery, but instead got old and dark.
I called back the next day and was told that the florist thought it was beautiful. Believe me, it wasn't.

Sylvia understood the personal importance that this meant to me, and took the appropriate measures to meet the objectives. I am appreciative of her personal efforts, and highly recommend this florist if quality matters to you.
SO WISH I could post a photograph of what was ordered, what we were charged, and what was delivered. Will NEVER use ANY SORT of web service if it has ANY CHANCE of coming from this florist. EVERY TIME what was ordered and what was delivered were two disgustingly different things. If I want to pay $89 for flowers that look like they were pulled out of the water bucket at the supermarket and plopped haphazardly into a vase, I will try this florist again... if I want a quality floral arrangement, I will be sure to personally contact another local florist to have a fighting chance of getting what I want. FTD has PERMANENTLY lost my business, regardless of them offering percentages off and monetary vouchers simply because IT REALLY WAS THAT BAD!!!
Don't buy from this florist: they are unprofessional and dishonest! An expensive orchid was ordered for me as a gift. It arrived in a pot that was very tight on the top, so that the plant's roots couldn't breathe. I could tell that it had been overwatered, but couldn't rescue it because of the pot's shape, and after a week it was dying. The florist offered to exchange it when the next shipment arrived, so I returned the dying plant. She specifically said that the grower delivers the plants in the ornamental pots, and they never repot any of them. A week later an employee called to tell me a new orchid had arrived, and this time they weren't going to repot it, but leave it in the original one. This was the 2nd time I caught them in a lie; the other was about how often/much they water the orchids. In the end she delivered a $10 orchid in the original pot from BROOKSHIRES.
Every occasion that requires me to get flowers for my wife, always ends with me running all over town looking for a nice bouquet of flowers. For the last 2 Valentine's Days I have been in the situation where I have procrastinated and had to run around looking for a decent dozen roses. While running all over town frantically, every florist I could find, was either out of flowers or were charging about $150-$200 for a dozen roses in a vase. Summerlin not only still had a great selection but were about $60-$100 cheaper. Plus the flowers were an extremely higher quality than anyone in town. I will NEVER purchase flowers from anywhere other than Summerlin!!!! They are absolutely incredible!!!!
