Found a deal on Groupon for a banquet of flowers with next day delivery. Was a little hesitant because of the low price but the flowers looked and smelled great.
I had an unusual request for a flower delivery and they were extremely helpful and understanding. The quality of the bouquet they delivered was, apparently, exceptional and the blooms were still good after three weeks. Will not use anyone else in the future.
Use these folks regularly for floral arrangements and always pleased. Staff always pleasant. Recently, I called for arrangement to be delivered to home of new mom and baby daughter. I screwed up and delivery driver arrived a couple of hours before they got home from hospital and didnt leave flowers. Lovely woman who had taken my order was so gracious and delivered the arrangement herself so it would be there when mom and baby got home!! Super customer service!!!
I highly recommend this florist. I called around 8:15 on a Friday to order some flowers for my mother who was admitted in the hospital at LSU. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers & balloons at 9:23 and they were very nice. I'm sure I can't always expect this prompt of a service but I have a new florist now.
