I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the job that you did for me yesterday. I ordered flowers for my mom for her 83rd birthday. She is a retired florist. I call her every night to see how her day was and to see if she had a good day and if she needs anything.
In the grand scheme of things one little old lady’s 83rd birthday is a small thing; but it isn’t for me and it certainly wasn’t for her; and that is entirely because of you folks.

She was thrilled with the choice of flowers and the execution of the arrangement. She even loved the vase that the flowers were arranged in.
