Visiting Sam's Club is always a great experience. Our last visit would have been worth 5 stars but a supervisor refused to sell us a roll of courters. He didn't even bother to check to see if his cashiers could spare any. On top of that, it appeared to me that the cashiers didn't even respect him
Several other items I wanted the price on, but I sure wasn't going to ask.
It is like this every time I go in, so I don't go often.
Abysmal. When I am in a hurry, they forget to put prices on things. I asked one nice worker for the price on one item and waited a very, very long time for the price to be found. Another worker didn't know the price on another item so she just guessed. She said she thought it was the same as the similar, other brand one next to it. It wasn't.
Decent shopping experience. Prices going up so that is making the experience a bit less enjoyable. Prices in regular stores are better for the same items. Some deals are true deals. Meat selection was disappointing as some of it looked as if it was bad, too brown to be fresh and available for sale.
Some items have great prices, others are actually cheaper at Walmart or Kroger's.
We come every week with our new membership card. And find things with ease. Love the variety. Sales people and cashier's helpful and friendly!
It is best if you use their 'Scan & Go' app. Never have to stand in long lines, you know exactly how much you are spending because the app is keeping a running total of everything you're scanning. Everything is done on your smartphone. It couldn't be easier and I couldn't be happier.
