Went today with a last minute request for a corsage. The ladies made a beautiful wrist corsage and a boutinere in a matter of 15 minutes. What service! Highly recommend.
Customer service is REALLY LACKING at this florist. The woman that spoke with me was RUDE. I gave them an amount to charge my credit card, they exceeded it and when I called to get a refund I got double talk. When you give someone an amount you want to spend they should charge ONLY THAT AMOUNT. There should be NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. When you say you want to spend a total of $100 for example it should be $100 or less and not a few dollars more. That's ok as this florist will not get anymore of my business. No wonder a number of Rose Neath facilities have CLOSED.
Called this florist on 12/31. Prob the only florist in town open on Sundays. I spoke with Miss. Terry and she was such a joy to talk to. I needed the flowers delivered same day. They came through!!! I would highly recommend this florist. Thank you Miss Terry and Rose-Neath Flowers for the excellent customer care! A+++

I ordered a plant to be delivered same day for a funeral for a family member. First was told computer was down & after dealing with someone who could not figure how to add tax and put on hold several times, I was assured arrangement would be delivered by 5:00. Was assured twice. No plant ever arrived. It was embarrassing to me. Only hope when I call today, there is an immediate resolution!
