This company and its owner Matthew Hammock are incredibly RUDE. I ordered a plant to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered via the website on Monday 5/5/14 and could have the plant delivered anywhere between Wednesday and Friday. I chose to have it delivered to her on Friday while she was at work to give them plenty of time to fill the order. I called Matt for help when the plant was never delivered. He was rude and offered no help except to cancel the order if I wanted my money back. He wouldn't even look into the matter to try to find out where my delivery will end up. This is TERRIBLE customer service and I will certainly never use this company again!

Fluer de lis flowers was the vendor my wife chose for our wedding. They were incredible!! Everything came out perfectly and reasonably priced. First things first THEY WERE EARLY!! I don't mean early in a hijack your time way, I mean "early" as in they showed up to the venue early and patiently waited/set up so my wife didn't have to freak out about it. They actually suggested and supported ideas to SAVE us money (like reusing some of the arrangements from the ceremony during in the reception) and what's more they took care of all of it, perfectly, with no need for further input from us during the event. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and they treated us like family. I would recommend them to anyone!!
